Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to create an order.
You can view your orders in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Contact customer support as soon as possible to cancel or amend your order.
Product availability is displayed on the product detail page.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

You can save your order in your account and return to it later.
Yes, saved orders can be updated over time until checkout.
Returns
Sorry but we don't usually accept returns or exchanges on Commercial products as most orders are customer specific but we may make exceptions in some instances. Start by giving us a call on 0800 737 5223 and we can talk it through with you. You'll need to have your order details and also the goods will need to be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note if we do agree to the return you'll need to pay a 15% restocking fee and any freight costs to return the goods back to us. Products that are custom ordered from a supplier's factory can't be cancelled or returned. Rest assured we will meet any obligations we may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
