Ordering
You can quickly find a product by using the search function at the top of the portal page.
Placing an order is easy. When you've selected an item, click Add to Cart. After adding all the items you want, click Checkout. This will start the payment process.
Before you have processed your order you can view the items you have added by clicking on the cart at the top right of the portal. Once an order has been processed you can view orders on your dashboard when you login or under your Account.
Please note you can only cancel or amend an order prior to it being processed. To cancel or amend a placed order you'll need to email our Support Team on support@nlgcommercial.co.nz. We need to have your request in writing as we can't process cancellations or amendments over the phone.
As we order products directly from suppliers we'll get in touch with you to confirm any items in your order that may be delayed due to stock not being available.
We'll send you an order confirmation email which includes the full details of the order. You can also see the order on your Dashboard.
Head to your Dashboard in the portal or send us an email with the details of the order to support@nlgcommercial.co.nz and we'll be in touch.
You can save your cart as a List for purchasing later or if you know you will be repeating that order.
Once you have saved a cart to a List then you can add more items to it at any time before you submit it. Once an order has been submitted you will need to email us on support@nlgcommercial.co.nz if you need to amend it. If you have submitted your order and want to add additional products, please submit a new order, additional delivery costs will apply.
Returns
Sorry but we don't usually accept returns or exchanges on Commercial products as most orders are customer specific but we may make exceptions in some instances. Start by giving us a call on 0800 737 5223 and we can talk it through with you. You'll need to have your order details and also the goods will need to be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note if we do agree to the return you'll need to pay a 15% restocking fee and any freight costs to return the goods back to us. Products that are custom ordered from a supplier's factory can't be cancelled or returned. Rest assured we will meet any obligations we may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If an item is delivered broken then you should reject delivery or sign for it as damaged and then get in touch with our Support Team on support@nlgcommercial.co.nz within 48 hours so we can work through the process with you and determine if we can make a claim through our delivery partner. When you get in touch make sure you have your order details and any images of the damage that can help us with the claim. Please also make sure you keep all the packaging. If an item delivered to you is expired, please get in touch with our Support Team on support@nlgcommercial.co.nz so we can organise a replacement product for you.

If your order is faulty then this will be a warranty claim. You'll need to get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0800 737 5223 or head into your local Noel Leeming store, so we can assist you with the warranty claim. If we need to refund you we will reimburse you in the same way the original payment was made on that order.
Payment
You can pay for your order by credit card or a Noel Leeming authorised charge account. To open a charge account you'll need to complete an application form so just get in touch on 0800 737 5223 or contact your Account Manager. Hint: their contact details are on your home page once you've logged in.
Yes, you can order from anywhere in the world, however we only ship within New Zealand.
We use a level 1, PCI compliant service provider (Payment Express). Your credit card details are sent directly to them and are not stored on our website.
As our business is based in New Zealand and all product pricing on the website is in New Zealand dollars we are only able to accept payment for orders in New Zealand dollars.
Click & Collect
To save you time and money you can arrange to pick up your order from the nearest Noel Leeming store. When you are completing your order just select the "Click & Collect" tab on the delivery screen and then choose the nearest Noel Leeming store from the dropdown menu. You also need to enter the name of the person who will be collecting the order. Then just continue to payment for the order by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. Please note: Click and Collect is not available for all items.
Unfortunately you can only choose one delivery option per order. This means if you want to "Click and Collect" you will need to collect the full order.
"Click & Collect" is a free service so you will see there is no delivery charge on your order when you select this option. The timeframes can vary depending on stock availability for the items in your order. We try to ensure that the stock is available within 72 hours but we will email you to let you know when your stock is in store and ready for pick-up.
Once you receive the "Click & Collect" email the person designated as the collector can head to the store to pick up the goods. Products can only be picked up from the selected store and you'll need to present a valid New Zealand photo ID and a copy of the email before the order will be released.
We will accept a valid photo ID. This includes New Zealand Driver's licence, Passport or 18+ card.
If someone other than the person you indicated on the order will be picking up the goods they will still need to provide a copy of the collection confirmation email and a valid NZ photo ID. Please note we may call the original purchaser to verify that we can release the goods to this person.
Delivery
This will depend on what items you have in the order. The delivery costs will be shown in your cart. If you choose to collect the order yourself through Click and Collect there are no delivery charges.
If the item you've ordered is in stock we will dispatch it as soon as possible, otherwise most deliveries take between 3-7 business days.
We use two different delivery methods depending on the size of the goods being ordered. Smaller items including TVs up to 43" and small furniture items will be sent by courier and will be delivered Monday to Friday only. Large items are delivered from our dedicated Distribution Centres across the country and we will contact you prior to delivery. These can be delivered Monday through to Sunday depending on your location.

If your order is being delivered by courier unfortunately you cannot request a date or time, however you can request your order to ship in the future if you do not require the item/s right away. If the item is being delivered by one of our Distribution Centre team they will call you prior to confirm a delivery date, and again on the day of delivery and give you a timeframe of when they expect to deliver the goods.
At this stage there can only be one delivery address per order. However, you can save multiple delivery addresses against your account and then select the relevant address from this list for each order. If you want items delivered to different addresses they will need to be split into separate orders and each one will incur the relevant delivery fees.
Once you have submitted the order through the portal you cannot change the delivery details for that order online. You'll need to contact our Support Team at support@nlgcommercial.co.nz or by calling 0800 737 5223 as soon as possible to change the delivery address.
No, we do not include invoice with deliveries. An Order Confirmation email is sent to you when you submit your order so you have all the details of the order. If you need a copy of the invoice please contact us.
Because items in your order may be coming from different suppliers/locations around the country you may receive more than one delivery for a single order. There is no additional charge for this.
Membership
We will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access or modification. If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information, please let us know immediately.

Updating information on your account will depend on which data you want to update. For changing your password you'll simply login and head to the Password page on your Account. Other information such as your contact details will need to be verified by us before it can be updated. To change these details just get in touch with your Noel Leeming Commercial Account Manager. You'll find their contact details on your Account Details page.
That's easy. Just login to your account and from your Dashboard click on the Account link in the top right corner. Then simply click on Password under the Account Details section and complete the fields to reset your password.
Don't worry it's easy to reset your password. Just head to the login page and click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset it. Otherwise you can contact us on 0800 737 5223.
